Photos, results, and retention

Starting October 10, 2026 at 00:00 UTC, free generated results are scheduled for removal after 30 days. Results created before that date will not be removed under this new rule before November 9, 2026 at 00:00 UTC.

Paid results continue under the storage terms already promised with the purchase. Download results you want to keep; a saved history entry is not a permanent backup.

Uploaded source photos follow the associated result where they are needed for retrieval or editing. A file still used by another retained result is kept until it can be removed safely. Scheduled deletion may take longer when a job needs to be retried. Our own examples and gallery images are not user uploads and are outside this rule.

For a privacy or deletion request, contact [email protected]. Limited billing, security, and legally required records may be retained separately.
